Course material is an additional $5-10 depending on the course and all participants need to purchase a booklet.
This seven-week course is specifically designed for parents whose children are in out-of-home or kinship care. The course covers topics such as loss and grief, what it鈥檚 like for you, what it鈥檚 like for your kids, talking and listening and understanding the legal system.
Keeping Kids in Mind is a dynamic five-week course aimed at assisting separated/divorced parents support their children through this time of changes. It examines issues such as loss and grief, attachment, resilience and conflict resolution. Parents can register at
This five-week course explains how children look to their parents or caregivers for support; from safety and security to exploration. Learn to identify children's needs and how to promote secure attachment in children. Suitable for parents of children of all ages but focuses on infants and young children.
This six-week course will help parents of tweens and teens to understand adolescence, be better at talking with your child, understanding your child more, help your teen learn to manage their emotions, help prevent behaviour problems and teach your teen to deal with conflict.
This five-week course will help parents of pre-school and primary-aged children explore emotionally intelligent parenting. Including identifying and understanding emotions, using emotions during interactions, emotional awareness in problem-solving, and dealing with frustrations.
In this three-week course, you will learn to engage your children鈥檚 cooperation by positively noticing and encouraging them, setting clear expectations and helping them develop frustration tolerance, resolving family conflict, and some simple calming strategies.
A three-week in-depth focus on John Gottman鈥檚 emotion coaching; parents will gain an understanding of their own parenting style and how this impacts their children. For those who have attended 123 Magic & Emotion Coaching, this course will build on existing skills.

Anxiety in children is becoming the leading concern for parents and teachers alike and the rates of childhood anxiety are growing. 聽This three-week course helps parents understand how anxiety develops in children and how to counter its progress.
